Terms, Privacy & License
This page explains the rules for using Atomic Shield, how security-related data is handled, and the license terms for the loader and related services.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, redeeming a license key, downloading the loader, installing the server resource, or accessing the Atomic Shield dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Atomic Shield on behalf of a community, company, or server network, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not install, access, or use Atomic Shield.
2. Service Description
Atomic Shield provides anti-cheat, player verification, licensing, dashboard, and server administration tools for FiveM communities. The service may include client software, server scripts, web dashboards, security alerts, evidence records, license management, and integrations such as Discord notifications.
Atomic Shield is designed to help server owners enforce fair-play policies. It does not guarantee that every violation, unauthorized tool, exploit, or abnormal client condition will be detected.
3. Account & Subscription Rules
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, server keys, and dashboard access secure.
- Subscription keys are intended for the customer or server account they are issued to and may not be resold, transferred, or shared unless Atomic Shield gives written permission.
- Server access may depend on a valid subscription, correct server configuration, and active license status.
- Atomic Shield may suspend or revoke access for fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, non-payment, or attempts to bypass license controls.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Atomic Shield or use it in a way that harms players, server owners, the platform, or third parties. Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting to bypass, disable, tamper with, emulate, or interfere with Atomic Shield systems.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, redistributing, or extracting protected components except where law expressly permits it.
- Using Atomic Shield to collect data unrelated to server security, fair-play enforcement, fraud prevention, or service operation.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or misleading content to the dashboard or connected integrations.
- Using the service to harass, target, or discriminate against players outside legitimate server moderation.
5. Server Owner Responsibilities
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Atomic Shield appropriately for their community and jurisdiction. This includes posting clear player notices where required, handling player appeals, reviewing evidence responsibly, and ensuring that any enforcement action follows the server's own rules.
Atomic Shield provides tools and security signals. Final moderation decisions, bans, appeals, and community enforcement policies remain the responsibility of the server owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payments, Renewals & Refunds
Paid access may be offered through subscription keys, manual invoices, or other approved purchase flows. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a license key or subscription has been delivered, activated, or used.
If a technical setup issue prevents normal use, Atomic Shield may provide reasonable support, replacement keys, or account corrections at its discretion.
7. Availability & Changes
Atomic Shield may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve security, stability, compliance, or performance. Some updates may be required before continued use is allowed.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Atomic Shield is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Atomic Shield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. We are not responsible for server downtime, lost community revenue, player disputes, third-party outages, or enforcement decisions made by server administrators.
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Atomic Shield may process information when users access the website, dashboard, loader, server resource, support channels, and connected services. Server owners may also process player information through their own server configuration and moderation workflows.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on how Atomic Shield is configured and used, the service may process the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as email address, login status, admin role, and subscription records.
- Server information, such as server name, configured IP address, license state, and operational status.
- Player identifiers provided by the game platform or server environment, such as platform identifiers, server-side identifiers, and connection metadata.
- Security telemetry, such as client integrity status, operational health, suspicious activity alerts, evidence records, and timestamps.
- Technical information, such as application version, error states, device or environment signals, and network connection context needed to operate the service.
- Evidence materials, such as screenshots or detection records, when enabled by the product configuration or requested by an authorized administrator.
- Support communications, including messages sent through Discord, email, tickets, or other official channels.
Atomic Shield avoids requesting payment card details directly through the dashboard unless a separate approved payment provider is used.
3. How Information Is Used
- To provide player verification, anti-cheat enforcement, dashboard functions, and server licensing.
- To detect, investigate, and respond to suspicious activity, abuse, fraud, license misuse, or service disruption.
- To provide support, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
- To notify server administrators about security events and account activity.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect Atomic Shield, server owners, players, and third parties.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
Atomic Shield does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with:
- Authorized server owners and administrators for the servers they manage.
- Service providers that help operate hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, security, payment, or support functions.
- Law enforcement, regulators, or legal parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
- Successor entities if Atomic Shield is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.
5. Retention
Atomic Shield keeps information only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, service operation, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Some short-lived evidence materials may be automatically removed after a limited retention period unless preserved for a legitimate administrative, security, or legal reason.
Server owners may have separate retention settings or obligations for records exported, copied, or processed outside Atomic Shield.
6. Security
Atomic Shield uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access, reduce unnecessary retention, and improve protection over time.
7. Player Rights & Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Players should first contact the server owner for records controlled by that server. Atomic Shield can assist with requests involving Atomic Shield-controlled account or service data.
To protect users, we may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before acting on a request.
8. International Use
Atomic Shield may be operated from, hosted in, or accessed from different countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to regions with different data protection laws, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Children
Atomic Shield is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services. Server owners are responsible for following age, consent, and community rules applicable to their servers.
End User License Agreement
1. License Grant
Subject to these terms and an active license, Atomic Shield grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Atomic Shield loader, server resource, dashboard assets, and related software solely for authorized FiveM server protection and administration.
2. License Restrictions
- You may not copy, sublicense, rent, sell, host, or distribute Atomic Shield software except as expressly permitted.
- You may not remove proprietary notices, alter integrity checks, bypass update requirements, or interfere with licensing systems.
- You may not use Atomic Shield to build, train, test, or improve tools intended to bypass security products.
- You may not use leaked, stolen, modified, or unauthorized builds.
3. Updates
Atomic Shield may require updates for security, compatibility, stability, or license enforcement. Older versions may be blocked, degraded, or unsupported when an update is required.
4. Ownership
Atomic Shield and its software, branding, documentation, dashboards, designs, trade names, and related intellectual property are owned by Atomic Shield or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
5. Third-Party Components
The software may include or interact with third-party components, libraries, platforms, or services. Those components may be governed by separate licenses or terms. Atomic Shield is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms, lose subscription access, use unauthorized builds, or attempt to bypass service restrictions. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and remove any unauthorized copies.
Server Operator Notice
1. Player Notice
Server operators should clearly notify players that access to protected servers may require Atomic Shield and that security-related information may be processed for fair-play enforcement, fraud prevention, and server safety.
2. Configuration & Moderation
Server operators are responsible for selecting enforcement settings, reviewing warnings, handling appeals, and ensuring their staff uses dashboard data responsibly. Atomic Shield recommends limiting admin access to trusted staff and removing access when it is no longer needed.
3. Evidence Handling
Evidence records should be treated as confidential moderation material. Do not publish, sell, or share evidence records outside legitimate server administration, player appeal, compliance, or security review contexts.
Data & Security Commitments
1. Data Minimization
Atomic Shield aims to collect and retain the information reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security, investigate abuse, and support customers. We avoid exposing detailed implementation behavior in public materials to protect the integrity of the service.
2. Administrative Access
Dashboard access should be limited to authorized users with a legitimate operational need. Admin actions may be logged for accountability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
3. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue in Atomic Shield, report it privately through official support channels. Do not publicly disclose exploit details, customer data, or bypass information before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
